Ray's mother and dad are doing just fine. I believe it is because of prayer. When a bunch of people come together and pray there's power in that. Thanks so much.

Speaking of the power of prayer....I have some requests. We KNOW that God sent us to Nashville to plant a church and that is why we came back. I remember hearing the words.. just trust me, have faith. I know God wants me to experience the TRUE meaning of living by faith. I know there is power in prayer. We need prayer BIG TIME for our financial situation. I know that is one of the things we need to work out in our lives and it's about time we did. I know God will do his part and we need to do our part too.

I need ya'll to be in prayer for financial provision. I would be willing to work out of the home (childcare, data entry work) or outside the home in the evenings. Or if Ray could get some extra income via a job or raise. We are just hoping the extra job(s) won't interefere with the church plant/ministry stuff.

What's new?

Our oldest daughter is spending some time with my dad in West Virginia.
I took the kids to a free concert last week - Matthew West & Sanctus Real, 2 Christian Artist
We have been leading the Youth Group at Vineyard Nashville for the summer. We turned it over to the kids. The youth that led last night did a great job and we had about 13-14 kids.
We did Kids Church at a church in Franklin, TN Sunday. We started going through the church plant assessment paperwork. Lots of papers to fill out. Nashville weather has been in the 90's and humid!

Nothing too exciting. And that's the update!
